The government are changing the criteria re companies ordering free rapid lateral flow coronavirus tests. From early April companies now have to have 10 or more employees to be able to eligible to register [You must register by 11:59pm on 12 April 2021] https://www.gov.uk/get-workplace-coronavirus-tests.
Those companies with fewer than 10 employees are being directed to the local community test sites, and have been told that they will be able to accommodate testing for their business : https://www.gov.uk/find-covid-19-lateral-flow-test-site
